I spent a long time telling people to exercise without doing it myself. Our physical body is just one part of us, but that needs to be strong and healthy for all other parts of us.
I want to empower other women to start lifting weights, to look after their bodies and their health and to be strong and positive role models for women of the future.
I love the feeling of having a set goal to improve and get better at what I do.
But mainly I dance because it is an escape and an art.
